The CSP series includes: CSP hydraulic support cylinder and CSP hydraulic support cylinder (high-pressure), which are divided into hydraulic rising type and spring rising type. In order to provide customers with a better choice, the CSP series has interchangeability with Japanese cylinders of similar specifications currently available on the market. At this time, the clamping force of the supplied oil pressure acting on the clamping sleeve is applied to the piston rod, enabling the piston rod to firmly support the workpiece.

Hydraulic Rising Type (Type B):

The initial state of the piston rod is downward, and the supply oil pressure causes the piston rod to rise and contact any position of the workpiece before stopping. At the same time, the clamping force of the oil pressure acting on the jacket is applied to the piston rod, enabling it to firmly support the workpiece.

Precautions for use:

Cutting fluid cleaning measures: To prevent poor operation caused by high-pressure coolant and chip dust invading the internal structure, air cleaning can be carried out at the exhaust hole when replacing the workpiece. Air cleaning requires a dedicated air pressure circuit (it is recommended to clean at a pressure of 0.3~0.5MPa).
