Support cylinder: mainly used to assist in supporting workpieces. During machining, the piston rod will stop and hold tightly when it reaches the supporting position, preventing the workpiece from deforming or moving due to the influence of cutting force during the machining process. The support cylinder can reduce vibration and improve the machining accuracy of the workpiece, and can be configured for use in small spaces due to its small size.

The CSP series includes: CSP hydraulic support cylinder and CSP hydraulic support cylinder (high-pressure), which are divided into hydraulic rising type and spring rising type. In order to provide customers with a better choice, the CSP series has interchangeability with Japanese cylinders of similar specifications currently available on the market. Jiagang has also improved the clamping force between the piston rod and the sleeve in this series, which can generate higher support and is more affordable in terms of price and usage.
This series of support cylinder bodies is independently produced by Jiagang, and important internal parts are also imported from Japan, Taiwan, Germany, and other places. The outer diameter of the CSP series support cylinder is divided into four sizes: 26,30,36,45 (mm), with a low pressure of 7MPA. The CSP series support cylinder is further divided into Type A and Type B based on the actuation type.
Spring Rising Type (Type A):
The initial state of the piston rod is to rise, and the workpiece is placed on the piston rod to drop to a specific distance due to the weight of the workpiece. At this time, the clamping force of the supplied oil pressure acting on the clamping sleeve is applied to the piston rod, enabling the piston rod to firmly support the workpiece.
Hydraulic Rising Type (Type B):
The initial state of the piston rod is downward, and the supply oil pressure causes the piston rod to rise and contact any position of the workpiece before stopping. At the same time, the clamping force of the oil pressure acting on the jacket is applied to the piston rod, enabling it to firmly support the workpiece.
Precautions for use:
Cutting fluid cleaning measures: To prevent poor operation caused by high-pressure coolant and chip dust invading the internal structure, air cleaning can be carried out at the exhaust hole when replacing the workpiece. Air cleaning requires a dedicated air pressure circuit (it is recommended to clean at a pressure of 0.3~0.5MPa).
